La piste de Cospillot dépose les skis devant Le K2 Palace, six chalets en arc de cercle sous la Dent du Villard. Suzanne et Philippe Capezzone, qui ont bâti à Courchevel leur premier chalet il y a vingt ans, ont acclimaté l’Himalaya aux boiseries alpines, et les noms en témoignent : le spa s’appelle Goji, le bar Bottleneck, d’après le couloir qui garde le sommet du K2. La main de la famille se voit pièce à pièce : Thomas Capezzone a dessiné les suites-chalets, Suzanne les a décorées et y accroche les expositions. À l’Altiplano, on déguste une cuisine péruvienne raffinée à base d’ingrédients durables, qui fait voyager les saveurs de l’Amérique du Sud jusqu’aux Alpes.
